2. Description of the service
My Contacts Cloud CRM is a cloud-based contact management and follow-up service. It helps users centralize contacts, contact history, documents, events, reminders and direct actions such as calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, website links and maps from a contact record.
The service can be accessed through the web application and through supported companion apps or store listings. Store-distributed apps provide access to the same cloud service and are not sold as separate standalone products.
3. Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out from their account or workspace.
Users must provide accurate account information, maintain a valid email address and use the service only for lawful personal, professional or business purposes.
My Contacts Cloud may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations or investigate misuse.
4. Trial, plans and payment
My Contacts Cloud may offer a free trial before a paid subscription is selected. The current trial lasts 10 days and does not require payment details.
Paid plans, capacity limits, billing options and prices are published on the pricing page. Prices are shown before checkout and may exclude VAT, sales tax or other applicable taxes depending on the customer's location and checkout flow.
When Paddle is used at checkout, Paddle may act as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle may handle payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, subscription billing, refund processing and chargeback handling according to the terms shown during checkout and Paddle's buyer terms.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not use My Contacts Cloud to store, process or transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive or security-compromising content.
Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass access controls, interfere with security measures, scrape the service at scale or access data that does not belong to them.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a lawful basis to enter and process customer, supplier, employee or third-party contact data inside their workspace.
6. User data and uploaded content
Users retain ownership of the contact data, notes, documents and other content they enter into My Contacts Cloud.
By using the service, users grant My Contacts Cloud the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that data solely to provide, maintain, secure and support the service.
Users should keep independent records where their business, legal, tax or compliance obligations require separate archival procedures.
7. What My Contacts Cloud does not replace
My Contacts Cloud is a contact CRM and follow-up tool. It does not replace legal advice, tax advice, accounting software, official invoicing systems, ERP systems, regulated archival services or enterprise compliance management systems.
Users remain responsible for complying with their own professional, commercial, privacy, tax and sector-specific obligations.
8. Availability, changes and support
My Contacts Cloud aims to keep the service available and reliable, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Features, limits, pricing, supported platforms and technical requirements may evolve over time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels where appropriate.
Support is provided through the app, public documentation and the contact email published on this website.
9. Cancellation, deletion and refunds
A paid subscription can be cancelled according to the billing flow available for the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically imply a refund for previous charges.
Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy, any mandatory consumer rights and the terms of the payment provider or Merchant of Record used for the transaction.
Account or workspace deletion can be requested by contacting support from the account email or through the available in-app support route.
10. Intellectual property
My Contacts Cloud CRM, its software, website, interface, design, text, logos, trade names and related materials are owned by the operator or by licensors who have authorized their use.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service according to these terms. No ownership rights in the software or brand are transferred to users.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Contacts Cloud is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
My Contacts Cloud will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss caused by user misuse, third-party services, incorrect data entered by users or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to a customer in their country of residence.
Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
